Nepalgunj: NEPALI CONGRESS PROVINCE NO. 5 Surendra Hamal, chief whip of UCPN-M and Banke MP, has responded that he does not disagree with the decision to make Bhaluwang the capital.
He said that he could not express disagreement with Bhaluwang as Banke could not become the capital. Most of the parliamentarians from the western region, including Hamal, had been raising the voice that the capital should be built in a place where it could not be found. All the parliamentarians who have raised their voices against the decision to designate Bhaluwang as the capital have their support.
“Banke is nothing short of capital for Dang and Rupendehi, but it is excellent. We have raised our voice as much as we can to make Banke our capital. In a conversation with EarthPage, Hamal said, “But we did not listen to the voices we were constantly raising.” And we are saying that the capital should be fixed where there is an alternative. Therefore, I do not disagree with the decision to designate Bhaluwang as the capital. ‘
Regarding the agitation taking place in Butwal against the decision of the capital, MP Hamal said that it was natural. He said, “Everyone should be able to raise their voice. Don’t call it unnecessary.” Maybe they didn’t feel the need to discuss it as it reached two-thirds, ‘said Hamal.
MP Hamal said that although Lumbini was universally accepted, adding Lumbini Awadh to it had put an end to the situation where the Awadh culture of the West could be linked.
Stating that he did not disagree with the decision to make Bhaluwang the capital, MP Hamal expressed dissatisfaction over the sudden decision without discussing with the opposition. “It would have been better if he had taken the opposition along.
