Nepalganj : Surgery service is scheduled to start from Friday at Sushil Koirala Acute Cancer Hospital in Khajura, Banke. Dr. Krishna Prasad Acharya, executive director of the hospital, said that the operation will be performed on the body with lumps, flesh and rats. Dr. Acharya also said that free surgery will be performed on the occasion of launching the service.
The hospital, which plans to perform complex surgeries within a week, is preparing to provide services including a gynecologist within the next one month. The only Khajura Cancer Hospital in Chitwan West is currently providing services including chemotherapy, general services, LAB, video X-ray and CT scan.
The hospital has 25 manpower and is preparing to add 25 manpower including specialist doctors along with the service expansion, said Director Dr. Acharya.
